Buy custom made sheet lines for your jib sail or genoa sail on this page. Like most lines, Jib sheets benefit from having low stretch. However it is not as important as say something like a running backstay tail. The tradeoffs here are between cost, stretch and usability.

Racing yachts will sacrifice usability and cost for lower stretch, but on cruisers usability probably outweighs the importance of a minor reduction in stretch. Dyneema SK78 is generally accepted as the best rope to use for racing boats. Spectra is also a good budget option however the cover on spectra rope can have a tendency to loosen up after being exposed to high loads, and can suffer from creep. Spectra’s issues of a loosening cover causes minor usability and longevity issues so for cruisers I would recommend double braid polyester or Dyneema SK78 if you can afford it. There are some techniques for solving the loose cover like milking the cover down after use or by using a floating taper. For budget racing yachts, 7X19 SS wire could be used to achieve low stretch on a budget.
