These anchor swivels are made from 316 grade marine stainless steel and are designed for use in marine conditions. Anchor swivels connect your anchor rope to your anchor chain and serve two main purposes. Firstly they can stop your anchor from rotating and thus dislodging while it is on the seafloor. Secondly they allow for the rope and chain to twist and untwist which reduces the likelihood and tangles.
